Zurich’s Seepromenade

We walked across the Quaibrucke from Burkliplatz at the end of Bahnhofstrasse to Bellevue and lingered for awhile at the Seepromenade along the Utoquai before continuing our walk up the east side of the Limmat River.  It was a gorgeous Spring Thursday shortly after noon and many locals were relaxing in the mid-day sun.

The Quaibrucke from the Seepromenade. Even the ducks are friendly in Zurich. Look closely and you might see what looks like a Mallard standing on a woman’s leg.

Here’s a closeup of that duck.
