Leanne Cole has suggested that “city” be the theme for this week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge. So I decided to submit this shot from our Fall 2013 vacation in England.

The City of London from the Tower Bridge. This is my entry for this week’s Monochrome Madness Challenge.
Click on the photo for a larger version of that photo.
The three most striking buildings that form the City of London’s skyline are nicknamed The Walkie-Talkie, The Cheese-Grater and The Gherkin. St. Paul’s is way in the background behind the pigeons.
Drop by Leanne’s website this week to see how other photographers have interpreted the city theme.
the lines of this are fantastic, I love the swirl of the bridge in the forefront. Great composition!
Thanks, Cybele!
